Eligibility for Returns:Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed, and undamaged bags within 45 days of purchase.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:To initiate a return, refund or exchange email us at
info@dahleilajane.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items:If your bag arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos at
info@dahleilajane.ca within 15 days of receipt for a free replacement.
