• Root vegetables like onions, potatoes and garlic (best to hang in the pantry to air dry. DO NOT put onions and potatoes together as this will accelerate rotting

Yes. All Dahleila Jane bags and products are machine washable and do best in cold water left to hang dry to maintain the shape and size. The bags can go in the dryer, however they will shrink from 3% to 5%.

Manitoba Mutts is a local charity that takes in dogs and cats from across Manitoba that are abandoned, abused or surrendered at no fault of their own. They provide for the care, maintenance and rehabilitation of stray, abandoned and displaced animals and promote and improve the welfare of all animals through enhancement, protection, care, education and advocacy. When you adopt a rescue, you save a loving animal by making them part of your family and open up space for another animal who might desperately need it.

Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed, and undamaged bags within 45 days of purchase.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
To initiate a return, refund or exchange email us at info@dahleilajane.ca with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos at info@dahleilajane.ca within 15 days of receipt for a free replacement.
